My name is Cleolenzea or Lenzea.  I am 50 years of age, born in New York, now residing in Portugal since October 2017.  I have traveled to about 23 countries.  I speak fluent English, Spanish, German and Portuguese.  I am a holistic performance artist, a holistic mind-body and dance therapist and I coach the art of conscious living.

For 16 years I was a passionate multimedia performance artist and I was involved in many creative social projects.  For 11 years a passionate and dedicated holistic therapist, specializing as a movement and dance therapist, yoga teacher, conscious talks and offering alternative holistic treatments, such as massage, craniosacral therapy, rebirthing, sound therapy and wellness treatments.  I have given workshops and facilitated intensive retreats.  I've worked with babies, children, animals, adults, pregnant women, the elderly, mentally and physically disabled individuals, as well as, emotionally disturbed individuals.  In Germany, I owned and managed a holistic center.  In Portugal, I was a sole spa massage therapist and Yoga instructor on 5 star luxury cruise ships.  My hobbies are creating art performances, music, jewelry, clothing and producing holistic creative books and music for the mind and heart.  I am passionate and dedicated to share and interact consciously and lovingly with all my creative and therapeutic skills and knowledge I have attained through living.
