Being a multi-media performance artist for 16 years, I realized later that it was a way for me to express what I did not understand about myself or about life.  It was mostly abstract.  It was also a way to heal myself and still is.  After letting go my title as an artist and devoting myself to the holistic arts, I found myself longing to perform and uniting the creative, holistic and spiritual aspects of what I have experienced so far.  I coach those who are willing to go deep and express their soul openly together with me.

are theatrical movement and dance performances based on expressing unconditional acceptance of one's own darkness, expressing joy and the serene being.  For me personally, it is about being in the state of zen while in creative motion.

  Meditative-Rhythmic Soundscapes

In recent years, I have become more interested in transic sounds, peaceful and joyful states of mind.  I now bring together tranquil, empowering, electric ambient sounds, chants and songs for widening and freeing the mind, as well as, to open the heart.  Instruments I work with include the shruti box, sacred drum, chimes, tuning forks, mini monochord, voice, electronic ambient sounds, hapi and flute

Below are some unprofessional sample recordings that I spontaneously made to give you a feeling of what you may experience.  I create intuitively.  Soft and deep, meditative and rythmic compositions.  I am in process of making an album...we'll see how long that takes me :D 

My interest is to create a space where you can flow into your heart, into trance and meditative states, in movement and in stillness.
