When we begin to naturally flow and intuit what moves to make, this is when it is possible to heal the body.  Through natural flowing movements the body becomes swift and flexible.  The body also returns to its natural shape, weight and regains strength.  In this workshop, you will discover each part of the body, different methods of movement and dance.  You will also discover your free flowing self.  We will also practice being in the state of stillness.
