A minimum of 10 sessions within a two to three month time frame needs to be given to oneself, to allow oneself the possibility to discover, realise and let go of whatever you are ready to let go of. It really all depends on you. This experience are for those who want to let go of discomforts of the body, to have fun, keep the mind and body fit and for quieting the mind. It is a method that you may possibly continue on your own for self-healing. You do not need to have any experience or be fit. We will flow at the pace your body feels comfortable with. For those of you who choose this method as a form of therapy, we will also give attention to self-reflection whenever it may be necessary. It is mostly work through body consciousness. I am a certified Transformational Hatha Yoga teacher and have 11 years experience as a movement and dance therapist.
