A time dedicated for you to rest your mind through movement and silence....

For some of us, it is not easy to quiet the mind when the body is so restless.  This retreat can help you to become still within your self, which allows the insight needed for change in you or in your life.  We will work with our intuitive creativity and allow ourselves to to go into actions with awareness.

Upon arrival we will share (speak) and prepare for the following days.  In the early mornings we will start the day with some movement and/or yoga, then have have breakfast and begin our journey of the day.   After our lunch, you will take the time to introspect and write in your journal.  In the early evenings we will practice meditation and afterwards have a relaxing cosy dinner.  Once a day, we can have time to share of your experiences and realizations.
