trance meditation

Trance-Meditation sessions provides a space to try a variety of methods in which one or all may be suitable for you.  The purpose, is of course, to free yourself of your chattering mind and to find yourself in a peaceful loving state.  In the sessions we will integrate vibrational monotone instruments as well as chanting or singing.
