I will carefully introduce this type of Yoga practice to the group.  I will teach in accordance to the groups capabilities.  My hope is that you truly benefit from the experience and that you will be motivated to continue to practice.  Yoga is a wonderful and practical tool to easily help yourself through life’s difficulties.  It is for the mind and body.  You do not need to be experienced or be fit to participate.  Nor will it be limiting if you are experienced and more fit.  I am used to working in groups where there are younger and more mature participants in the same group.  I will pay close attention to your personal needs so that you will be able to explore what your body is capable of doing and at the same time respect the bodies limitations. 

The courses are done indoors when it is raining or cold and outdoors on a wooden platform when the weather allows it.  I also offer personalized coaching.  You can join anytime.  Please bring your own mats (in case I don't have enough!) and a sweater for cool evenings.

I am a certified Transformational Hatha Yoga Teacher.

I also offer Yoga Retreats.
